I am a certified Notary Public in the State of Florida since 2016. This means that I am authorized to notarize a wide range of documents, including loan documents, power of attorney, and more. In addition, I am a Certified Remote Online Notary (RON) Statewide & Loan Signing Agent Notary. I am Commission, Certified & Insured by the state of Florida and a Member of the National Notary Association (NNA). My expertise is on Loan Signing Documents. I am familiar with not only the process & time sensitive it takes to finalizing the closing of a property but also the documents to be notarized. I will guide your client through the signing process and represent myself & your company with my expertise & professionalism every single time.

Loan Signing Agent Notary
As a Certified Loan Signing Agent, I have received special training to handle loan document signing. Title companies hire LSA to facilitate borrowers or sellers, overseen the signing and returning of documents at a timely manner to finalize a closing. This can be done in person or online. I am not an escrow or loan officer which means any questions outside the realm of notarization must be deferred to a loan officer.

Overseas Documents
Are you exporting a boat to another country and need the title cancelation? I can assist you with that process! This is also commonly known as " baja de bandera " or title cancelation. The purpose of this is once boat arrives to the designated country a new registration needs to take place and in order to do so, you need a Title Cancelation, stating such title has been canceled in the State of Florida.
